By creating a Tradely account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Tradely is for running a lawful trade or service business. You may not use it for illegal activity, spam campaigns, harassment, or to send unsolicited bulk messages. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent plan limits.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Estimates, replies, follow-ups, and other AI output are drafts generated by artificial intelligence. Review every AI output before sending it to a client. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, terms, and commitments you send. Tradely is not responsible for losses arising from unreviewed AI output.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of a charge. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable.
• The free trial lasts 14 days and expires automatically — no card required, no auto-charge.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We work hard to keep Tradely online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradely's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.
