PRIVACY POLICY

Tradely ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered business platform for trade contractors. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

WHAT WE COLLECT

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored hashed — we never see it).
• Business information: business name, trade(s), service area, and phone number.
• Job data you enter: estimates, invoices, leads, call summaries, and scheduled jobs.
• Usage data: which features you use and how often, to enforce plan limits and improve the product.

HOW IT IS STORED

Your data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL), encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS. Row-level security ensures your data is only ever visible to your account.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

• Anthropic — job details you submit are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate estimates, replies, and other AI output. Anthropic does not train on this data.
• Stripe — payment processing. We never store your card number.
• We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

COOKIES

We use session cookies only — they keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

YOUR RIGHTS & DATA DELETION

You can request a copy of your data or full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@getradely.com. We honor deletion requests within 30 days. California residents may exercise their rights under the CCPA (access, deletion, and non-discrimination) through the same address.

CHANGES

If this policy changes materially, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect.
